As an Energy Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and collaborating on the definition, analysis, and supervision of energy projects and improvements aimed at optimizing energy consumption across our centers, analyzing and proposing improvement measures, and monitoring indicators and their comparison against target KPIs.

What you'll do

  • Support the strategic planning of the Energy area regarding energy efficiency and climate across all business units.

  • Monitor the implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization projects according to the Group's sustainability strategy.

  • Prepare and coordinate proposals for decarbonization and optimization of energy use without impacting the comfort of our establishments.

  • Manage the implementation of energy improvement measures in various destinations, coordinating the different working groups.

  • Define, develop, and standardize energy efficiency and climate methodologies.

  • Manage and monitor energy supply contracts with key providers.

  • Supervise corporate energy efficiency and climate objectives and measurement indicators.

  • Prepare periodic reports and statements on energy efficiency and climate management.

  • Monitor energy billing and its comparison with company objectives.

  • Monitor the operations of energy-consuming equipment and control systems (BMS).

  • Support the preparation of manuals, procedures, and standards to optimize management indicator results.
