Your mission will be key to contributing to the success of Noatum, as you will be responsible for ensuring the correct application of labor legislation regarding Social Security, Taxation, and Payroll, providing support to employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the Company. The position will be based at our Barcelona offices (Torre Auditori).

What you'll do

• Manage Social Security movements.

• Process disability incidents and their communications.

• Prepare the complete payroll cycle.

• Manage benefits in kind and flexible compensation.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.

• Prepare Social Security filings and submissions to the Social Security system.

• Manage payroll accounting.

• Coordinate the application of the disciplinary procedure and prepare documentation.

• Develop internal procedures for the Department.

• Collaborate on the development of the Department's ERP.

• Provide internal advisory services on payroll and labor relations matters.

• Prepare payroll cost reports.

• Conduct, collaborate on, and coordinate internal and external audits.

What we're looking for

• The profile corresponds to a person with a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, Law, or a similar field, with solid knowledge of labor legislation.

• More than 3 years of prior experience in preparing the complete payroll cycle on a large scale (at least 1,000 monthly payrolls).

• More than 3 years of prior experience with the RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, Certific@2, Contrat@, and CRETA management.

• More than 3 years of prior experience in preparing forms 111/216 and 190/296.

• More than 3 years of prior experience in applying the disciplinary procedure, as well as preparing related documentation.

• More than 3 years of prior experience in developing procedures and improvement processes.

• A proactive, resourceful person with the ability to interact assertively with individuals at different hierarchical levels within the organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with META4 PEOPLENET (CEGID) management is preferred.

• Experience with regional (Foral) taxation will be valued.

• Experience with reconciliations and collective bargaining will be valued.
