As Programming Runner, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and restoring Nômade Temple Madrid's artistic, cultural, and wellbeing spaces, ensuring that every experience is delivered with operational excellence and aesthetic integrity.
Working across the Artistic and Wellbeing teams, you will ensure that all programming environments are ready for classes, rituals, concerts, workshops, private sessions, and cultural events. Through attention to detail, organization, and proactive support, you will help transform every space into an environment that reflects Nômade's philosophy of beauty, hospitality, and emotional connection.

As a Programming Runner, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and setting up the artistic, cultural, and wellbeing spaces of Nômade Temple Madrid, ensuring that each experience is developed with operational excellence and by taking care of every aesthetic detail.
You will work alongside the Artistic and Wellbeing teams, ensuring that all spaces are prepared for classes, rituals, concerts, workshops, private sessions, and cultural events. Through organization, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, you will contribute to creating environments that reflect the Nômade philosophy: beauty, hospitality, and emotional connection.
What you'll do
Prepare, set up, and restore artistic, cultural, and wellbeing spaces before and after each activation
Ensure all spaces meet Nômade's standards of aesthetics, cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness
Arrange furniture, décor, ritual elements, signage, lighting, audiovisual equipment, and operational materials according to programming requirements
Conduct daily walkthroughs of programming spaces to ensure operational readiness and identify maintenance needs
Support classes, private sessions, workshops, ceremonies, concerts, DJ sets, community gatherings, and special events
Assist facilitators, practitioners, artists, musicians, and technical teams with operational requirements
Respond efficiently to last-minute operational changes while maintaining the quality of the guest experience
Transport, organize, and safely store programming equipment and materials
Maintain storage areas clean, organized, and fully operational
Monitor inventories and report replacement or purchasing needs
Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing operational supplies
Support basic sound, lighting, and audiovisual setup and equipment testing
Collaborate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Operations, Front Office, F&B, and Security to ensure smooth execution of programming
Maintain clear communication regarding operational needs, incidents, or improvements
Contribute to creating welcoming, harmonious, and inspiring environments for guests
Follow all operational safety procedures and report any risks or incidents immediately
