What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Automation Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of industrial electrical installations and control cabinets.
Experience in projects for ATEX-classified environments.
Experience in the design of the electrical portion of installations with power ratings in the
MW range.
Knowledge of industrial electrical switchgear and systems.
Experience or participation in the assembly, testing, and commissioning phases of industrial installations.
Sufficient level of English to participate in technical meetings and deliver presentations to international clients and suppliers.
Knowledge of electrolysis systems, hydrogen, or renewable energies.
Proficiency in electrical design tools such as EPLAN Electric.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and innovation-driven projects.

The role

Within Nordex Electrolyzers, you will participate in the development of new systems for hydrogen production through electrolysis. You will be part of the engineering team responsible for the Balance of Plant (BoP), designing and sizing the electrical installations associated with the various equipment and subsystems that make up the electrolyzer.

What you'll do

Preparation and interpretation of electrical schematics.
Electrical design in compliance with standards for ATEX environments.
Design and follow-up of the manufacturing of electrical control and power cabinets.
Preparation of purchase requisitions for equipment or their components.
Preparation of documentation (procedures, manuals, reports...) derived from the
aforementioned activities.
