Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with a technical profile and sales orientation, with the capacity to manage clients and projects comprehensively. Autonomy, organization, and the ability to combine business acquisition with technical site monitoring will be key.

Proactivity, client relationship skills, and adaptation to dynamic environments within the industrial sector will be especially valued.

Training in Technical Architecture or similar.
Previous experience in technical-sales functions or on-site.
Knowledge of the construction and/or industrial sector.
Capacity to manage clients and projects autonomously.
Availability to travel nationally.
Valid driver's license.

Nice to have

Vocational Training (FP) profiles in construction/stonemasonry with experience in the sector will be valued.

Both profiles with consolidated experience and junior profiles with potential and sales orientation will be valued.

The role

At Grupo Nortempo, we are selecting for one of our clients, a company in the chemical sector specializing in technical solutions for flooring and waterproofing, a:

Technical Architect - Commercial (Construction / Industry)

📍Caldas de Reis (Pontevedra)

The selected person will join a consolidated project within the field of technical solutions for construction, performing both sales and technical site monitoring functions.

This is a hybrid position, in which not only customer acquisition and advisory are performed, but also the monitoring of projects once awarded, coordinating with the technical team and ensuring the correct execution of the works.

The scope of action is mainly focused on Galicia and Castilla y León, with a significant weight of clients in the industrial sector, especially the food industry.

What you'll do

Business acquisition and development in the construction and industrial sectors.
Technical advisory to clients on flooring, waterproofing, and construction system solutions.
Preparation of technical and economic offers.
Participation in construction tender processes.
Monitoring of projects once sold, coordinating with the technical team.
Site visits and direct relationship with clients during all phases of the project.
Customer portfolio loyalty and detection of new opportunities.
Internal coordination with other departments to guarantee the correct development of the works.
