What you'll get

Stable position within an established company.
Training provided for the role; we are looking for someone who, even without concrete mixer experience, is willing to learn how to operate these vehicles, as full instruction will be given (however, a C license and rigid truck driving experience are required).
Work with local clients in Girona and surrounding areas—no long-distance routes.
Schedule Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch.
Monthly salary consisting of base salary + proportional share of the annual bonus distributed across 14 payments (12 regular + 2 extra). Between €32,000 gross/year and €33,000 gross/year.

At Nortempo Selección, we accompany our client in the recruitment of a Truck Driver profile (M/F/X) with experience in rigid trucks for their delegation located in Girona city.

What you'll do

You will join the concrete transport and supply team, carrying out key duties such as:

Loading the concrete at the plant and verifying the order.
Safe transport from the plant to the construction site.
Maneuvering and unloading using chutes or a pump, depending on the client's needs.
Controlling the mix and rotating the drum during transit.
Cleaning and basic maintenance of the concrete mixer truck.
