🎯 Position Objective
The purpose of the position is to ensure the correct application of industrial paint on metal parts and structures, guaranteeing a uniform, durable, and high-quality finish. We are looking for someone with experience in spraying techniques, mixing, and surface preparation, who is detail-oriented and takes pride in doing the job well.
🔧 Daily Responsibilities
The Industrial Painter will be responsible for applying paint using spraying techniques and other specialized methods, preparing and cleaning surfaces before application, masking areas with tape, selecting and mixing paints in the appropriate proportions to achieve the required finish, and maintaining application equipment in optimal condition. They will also collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met in the painting area.
Shift work, mornings and afternoons (Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with weekly rotation).
Previous experience in industrial painting, handling spray equipment, and knowledge of paint mixing is required. We are looking for a proactive, committed individual who works well in a team, with attention to detail and a focus on final finish quality. Availability to work rotating shifts is essential.
