Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality departments within productive industrial sectors (if you have experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or aluminum packaging sector, it is a plus).
Vocational training related to Quality, Chemistry, Industrial, or similar.

Direct permanent contract with the company.
Rotating M/A/N shift every two weeks.
Annual salary of 27,000 to 29,000 gross per year plus shift allowance.

The role

At Nortempo Recruitment, we are looking for a technical Quality profile for a consolidated company, located in Cabrera de Mar, whose activity is the manufacture of aluminum packaging solutions for various sectors and industries.

What you'll do

Performing quality controls upon receipt of raw materials, during the production process, and on finished products.
Managing internal and external quality incidents, performing the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Preparing, updating, and controlling documentation associated with the Quality Management System.
Analyzing quality data and indicators to detect deviations and propose improvements.
Managing customer and supplier claims.
Coordinating the implementation and follow-up of continuous improvement plans.
Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and ensure product conformity.
Performing inspections, tests, and verifications according to established procedures.
Promoting compliance with quality regulations and standards applicable to the sector.
