Gaming Salon Operator

• Legal age and valid documentation to work in Spain.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in gaming halls, hospitality, or retail.

• Communication skills and cordial treatment; ability to handle conflict situations with calmness and firmness.

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and cash management; confidence in the use of terminals and management systems.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Responsible, punctual attitude oriented toward compliance with rules and procedures.

• Training in customer service

• Capacity for observation and early detection of problematic behaviors related to gambling.

• Basic handling of IT tools and access control systems.

• Teamwork and willingness to collaborate on operational improvements for the establishment.

We are looking for a responsible and attentive person to join us as a Gaming Hall Operator in our premises. The selected person will be the face of the establishment to the public, will ensure compliance with regulations and protocols, and will contribute to a safe and pleasant experience for all attendees.

• Attend to visitors at the entrance and in the gaming areas, offering clear and cordial information.

• Supervise the correct functioning of gaming machines and equipment; report technical or security incidents to the corresponding manager.

• Control access and the presence of customers in accordance with current regulations (minimum age, identification, capacity limits).

• Monitor compliance with internal policies and rules of conduct within the hall, intervening preventively in the face of risky behaviors.

• Perform payments, change, and simple cash management according to established procedures.

• Record and report incidents, losses, or suspicious activities following internal protocols.

• Collaborate in opening, closing, and tidying tasks for the hall, including restocking materials and basic cleaning of gaming areas.
