About the role

As Installation Technician you will carry out hands-on assembly work from fitting frames, brackets, mobile shelving units, workstations to other related works. The work is practical and hands-on, following drawings and instructions to build and assemble units on site. Full training is provided on our systems and processes.

What you'll do

  • Assembling frames, brackets, shelving units, workstations and related components 
  • Following instructions and drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately 
  • Working closely with the Senior Site Lead and wider team to get the job done 
  • Complying with all NPSG, client and general contractor health, safety and environmental policies and processes to ensure that the health and safety of the entire team as well as visitors to the site is prioritised 
  • Flagging any quality or safety issues to the site team 

How you'll work

Before you apply: The role is 100% site based, involving regular travel across Spain and the wider Europe on projects of varying durations. You will ideally be based within commuting distance of an airport. You must hold a valid passport and be able to travel. A driving licence is desirable but not essential.

You will have a background in hands-on, practical work - whether that's installation, assembly, fit-out, construction, engineering, maintenance or a similar trade. No formal qualifications are required, but you should be confident using hand and power tools and comfortable reading basic drawings. Above all, you take pride in your work and enjoy building things as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A background in practical, hands-on work – e.g. installation, assembly, fit-out, construction, engineering or maintenance 
  • Confident using hand and power tools 
  • Able to read and work from basic mechanical drawings 
  • A positive attitude towards health, safety and following instructions on site 
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player 
  • Able to travel and work away across Europe 
  • Valid passport and eligibility to work and travel in Europe
