Finance Specialist

We are looking for someone autonomous, fast, and obsessively precise, who is eager to build.

• Finance experience, with experience in FP&A, management control, or financial management.

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Solid command of financial reporting, budgeting, and FP&A analysis from end to end.

• Experience designing and implementing financial processes in an operational context — not just analysis, but building the systems that make things work.

• Experience with subscription-based B2B invoicing processes.

• Spanish and English, both at a professional level (required).

  • Experience with financing processes — capital rounds, debt lines, or investor relations.

  • Proven experience managing or consolidating finances in multi-entity groups — you understand how intercompany relationships work in practice.

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or roll-up environment where pace and ambiguity are the norm.

  • Familiarity with modern financial tools and a genuine interest in leveraging AI for reporting and process automation.

Do you like bringing order to chaos, building processes from scratch, and being the person who always has the figures under control?

At Numonis, we are looking for our Finance Specialist. An opportunity to join at an early stage, build the finance function of a multi-entity group from scratch, and have a direct impact on how our company scales.

We are growing fast — multiple entities, new offices, increasing complexity — and the financial infrastructure needs to keep pace. We need someone to join, take full ownership of the figures, and bring order to that chaos.

Define the processes that do not yet exist. Build the consistency and predictability the business needs to scale. Set up the financial infrastructure of a multi-entity group from scratch.

This is not a reporting function embedded in an existing structure. It is a hands-on, building role.

You will consolidate financial data across entities, build the internal processes that keep the group running, and oversee everything from payroll and vendor payments to client invoicing, direct debits, and debt collection. You will produce monthly reporting for management and be the person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks — both at the group level and for individual clients. Total autonomy, total responsibility.

• Consolidate data across multiple entities and keep everything organized, accurate, and up to date.

• Define and implement internal financial processes — payroll, vendor payments, and invoice management — from scratch when necessary.

• Oversee client-facing financial processes — invoicing, direct debits, collections, and debt recovery.

• Monitor the group's budget and spending, controlling costs and aligning priorities.

• Oversee short and medium-term financial forecasts and maintain a clear view of where the business is headed.

• Define, track, and report the KPIs that matter — at both the group and individual client levels.

• Prepare monthly financial reporting for the founders and management — reliable, clear, and on time.

• Integrate financial data from new offices as we expand, ensuring consistency and accuracy from day one.

• Manage intercompany relationships and transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, flag risks in advance, and maintain the financial health of the business at all times.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial workflows and tools.
