Requirements

What you'll do
You will be responsible for ensuring the correct accounting and financial management of several companies within the Group, guaranteeing information integrity, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
Additionally, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of financial processes, driving automation, standardization, and reporting quality.
Coordinate and execute monthly and annual accounting closes for the various companies in the Group, performing the analysis of balances, variations, and main deviations.
Maintain up-to-date accounting records, ensuring compliance with Group policies and current regulations (local and IFRS).
Participate in the preparation and validation of financial information during monthly and annual closes, collaborating with different finance and business teams.
Ensure the correct integration and reconciliation of information between modules and systems.
Collaborate in the improvement, automation, and standardization of financial processes, working alongside the Systems area and other teams.
Provide support in the preparation of operating budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations and balances with financial institutions.
Prepare tax reports and provide support for tax obligations.
Review and reconcile intercompany transactions between Group companies.
Manage the recording, control, and payment of invoices, ensuring compliance with internal policies and the correct recording of provisions.
Prepare the necessary documentation for external and internal audits.
