The role

From Michael Page, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a company in the industrial and energy sector, specializing in biogas projects. The selected person will be responsible for the planning, execution, and overall control of technical projects related to gas installations, plumbing, electrical work, and industrial equipment assembly.

What you'll do

The main duties you will carry out as a Project Manager are:

Define schedules and coordinate the necessary activities for each project.
Organize and allocate human and material resources according to project needs.
Supervise on-site execution, ensuring technical, quality, and safety standards.
Analyze technical issues and propose efficient solutions.
Coordinate testing and validation of installed systems.
Manage material purchases and control tools and equipment.
Manage the assigned budget, optimizing costs.
Maintain ongoing communication with management through periodic reports.
Coordinate relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Lead multidisciplinary teams (welders, plumbers, electricians, etc.).
Promote collaboration, motivation, and a good working environment.
Resolve operational conflicts during project development.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Experience: At least 3-5 years in industrial project management or renewable energy.
Technical skills: Gas installations, plumbing, electrical work, and industrial assembly.
Tools: MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP.
Languages: Upper-intermediate English.
Availability: High willingness to travel (domestic and international).
