WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Reporting to the Director, your mission will be to ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing compliance with and reliability of payment procedures through the coordination of day-to-day activities and team leadership.

YOU WILL BE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:

- Manage the checkout team: recruit, welcome and train new employees, support and develop your collaborators, plan tasks and supervise their performance, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Ensure payments, refunds and merchandise control, handle accounting documents related to the checkout, manage incidents, guarantee the reliability of and compliance with checkout procedures and safe management, and assist at the checkout line.

- Ensure proper customer service, guaranteeing their satisfaction, ensuring comfort and smooth flow through the checkout, and managing incidents.

- Carry out administrative management: monitoring accounting tasks, filing, personnel administration, etc.
