Center Director

If you are a graduate in Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or similar, have more than 10 years of experience managing business units, and are passionate about operational strategy and leading large teams, this is your next professional challenge!

We are looking for a management profile with high leadership capacity and resilience, who meets the following requirements:

• Education: Higher University Degree (Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or similar is highly valued).

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Management, Operations Management, or Business Unit Management positions, preferably in the retail sector, large-scale distribution, or large-scale industrial/logistics sectors.

• Team Management: Proven experience leading and developing organizational structures of more than 100 people.

• Competencies: High decision-making capacity, strategic mindset, analytical vision of KPIs and P&L, and a focus on continuous improvement.

At OBRAMAT we are looking for Warehouse Managers (Management Profile) to lead our centers during a full national expansion plan. Málaga, Madrid, San Sebastián, and Asturias are some interesting destinations, but not the only ones!

As Warehouse Manager, you will assume maximum responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L), operational efficiency, and talent development of the assigned Warehouse. Your focus will be on three pillars:
