The role
We are a company in the logistics sector, specializing in last-mile delivery.
We were founded in 2015 with the idea of developing a unique technological platform that optimizes, automates, and robotizes operational processes.
And we did it! This would not have been possible without our people, our Paackers.
Our main offices are located in Barcelona, and we have warehouses in various parts of Spain and Portugal. That is where we oversee storage and delivery operations, plan routes, and analyze data.
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager profile for our Fulfillment warehouse located in Almeria.

As Warehouse Manager, you will direct the day-to-day operations in our distribution center. You will be responsible for developing and managing daily operations and you must provide a strategic vision to support our rapid growth.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch).
Manage the human team: hiring, training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
Manage agency personnel: staff sizing, resource evaluation, and the registration/deregistration/modification of contract types with the Agency.
Implement and optimize logistical processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure and execute an action plan to guarantee compliance with operational KPIs as well as the last-mile service level to the customer.
Control inventories and guarantee their accuracy through periodic audits.
Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and good practice regulations in the warehouse.
Coordinate with other areas (customer service, transport, purchasing) to ensure a smooth operation.
Maintain daily coordination with the Last Mile (delivery) team.
Use and optimize WMS systems and related technological tools.
