The role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in the province of A Coruña with experience in industrial warehouse management, team leadership, and operational control. Their objective will be to guarantee correct warehouse management, optimizing logistical processes, stock control, and coordination with carriers.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the team of forklift drivers and warehouse operators.
Organize and control the preparation of loads and shipments.
Manage and supervise warehouse stock.
Perform inventory tracking and control.
Optimize storage processes and internal logistics.
Coordinate daily activity with carriers and logistics providers.
Guarantee compliance with operating procedures and safety standards.
Manage warehouse information using ERP tools.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher-level vocational training qualification.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Team Leader.
Previous experience in industrial environments.
Demonstrable experience in team management.
Knowledge of stock control and inventories.
Experience in logistics coordination and relationship management with carriers.
Regular use of ERP and warehouse management tools.
Organized, demanding profile, oriented towards results and with leadership capacity.
