About the role

Are you passionate about applied engineering and do you want your hands-on plant experience to have a real impact on a more sustainable world?

At OCA Global, we are driven by a clear purpose: to make this world a better, more efficient, and safer place. To achieve this, our CAE Verification Technical Directorate team needs to bring on board a specialist who contributes "industrial common sense" to large-scale projects. Here, your field knowledge won't stay trapped in an administrative report; it will be the key piece for assessing technical feasibility and ensuring that energy efficiency measures at large plants operate with complete integrity. If you're looking for a role where you can combine office analysis with the on-site operational reality, this is your place.

What you'll do

Purpose-Driven Missions with Real Impact: What will your challenge be?

  • Advise and guide on technical files, bringing your analytical industrial perspective to detect inconsistencies or overestimations in energy savings calculations, ensuring operational excellence in every validation.

  • Conduct audits and on-site technical visits to industrial plants, firsthand checking the correct implementation of heat recovery systems, variable frequency drives, boilers, or industrial refrigeration, gaining a unique overall view of the sector.

  • Evaluate the integrity of operational data extracted from SCADA and PLC systems, ensuring reliability of client measurements so that nothing is left to chance.

  • Lead the team's continuous improvement, assessing incidents and training your technical colleagues to raise the department's level of specialization collectively.

What we're looking for

We're not looking for a list of demands, but rather the tools that will help you succeed day to day:

  • Solid technical foundation: We'd love for you to have an Advanced Vocational Qualification (FP) in Maintenance of Thermal and Fluid Systems, in Mecatronics, energy efficiency, or an engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering), since you'll be working with complex concepts in thermodynamics, instrumentation, and control.

  • Proven field experience: Ideally around 5 years working directly in maintenance, operation, or design of industrial installations and energy audits. You'll need this background to intuitively understand auxiliary systems (compressed air, steam boilers, furnaces, pumping systems, etc.).

  • Languages and mobility: Fluent Spanish, plus a valid driver's license, since the role combines technical management with site visits to validate real projects.

What you'll get

  • Growth and dynamism: You'll be part of a leading company in its sector, working in an agile environment with a flat structure that avoids bureaucracy and fosters your autonomy.

  • Flexibility and real well-being: Guaranteed work-life balance hosted, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

  • Human culture: A young, motivated, collaborative team where you'll learn every day from excellent professionals in a friendly, close-knit atmosphere.

  • Career path and professional development, with real opportunities for internal growth and advancement within the company.

If you're excited to make a career leap in an environment that gives you decision-making freedom and recognizes your impact, let's talk!
