Do you have experience in site supervision and organization? Are you passionate about coordinating teams and guaranteeing quality in electromechanical installation projects such as HVAC, fire protection, and more? This opportunity is for you!

From Grupo ONDOAN, a benchmark company in the field of electromechanical installations for industry and unique buildings, we are looking to hire an Installation Site Foreman (HVAC, A/C, fire protection, refrigeration, heating systems and boilers, ventilation systems, etc.)

What you'll do

To guarantee the correct field execution of installation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, safety, and daily coordination with subcontractors, acting as a key figure for operational control on site and as a permanent link between the field and the Project Coordinator.

Reporting to the Project Coordinator:

Supervise and control the execution of the work: study the scope of the work, assign and distribute tasks among subcontractors, coordinate work with other trades
Interpret blueprints and perform site layouts, providing technical solutions and advice to the Project Coordinator.
Organize and receive materials. Detect incidents and material needs, informing the Project Coordinator.
Monitor work progress in the field (measurements, extra costs, etc.) and prepare certifications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Control the quality and correct execution of work items.

WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Technical knowledge in electricity and/or mechanics.
Intermediate or higher vocational training in a technical field (thermal installations, electricity, fire protection, regulation and control, or similar)
Professional with experience in site supervision and organization.
Experience in team management.
Knowledge of Office (Excel)
