The role

From Grupo Elecnor, we are looking to bring on board an HVAC / Electrical / Building Installations Supervisor (m/f) - Madrid to carry out and organize installation work for new builds and renovations at various facilities in Madrid.

What you'll do

The duties of the position include:

Organization and planning of the work to be carried out.
Coordination of subcontractors dedicated to mechanical installations such as: HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression...
Site layout and surveying.
Site measurements.
Management of in-house staff.
Direct contact with the client.
Management of multi-trade work, both in-house and subcontracted.
Documentation management for the construction site.

How you'll work

Working hours Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

Vocational training in mechanical manufacturing or similar
Previous experience in the sector will be especially valued.
3-5 years of experience managing comprehensive new-build projects.
Valid driver's license.
