• Technical training: Technical Engineering, Engineering Degree, Technical Architecture, or Higher Level Vocational Training Cycle.
• Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Organizational capacity and orientation toward document management.
• Interest in facility management, building maintenance, and technical services.
• Valuable previous experience of at least 2 years in building, shopping center, or facility maintenance.
• Valuable knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with different stakeholders.

At Grupo ONDOAN, a leading company in the field of Mechanical Installations for industry and building, as well as Technical Assistance and Maintenance Services for facilities, we are looking to hire an Assistant Maintenance Engineer | Shopping Center of reference in Madrid Capital, providing direct support to the center's Technical Director.

Provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Management, collaborating in the management of facilities, technical documentation, renovation projects, consumption, and maintenance of the shopping center.

• Support in the management and tasks of the Technical Director.
• Review and monitoring of projects and renovations of commercial premises.
• Maintenance and updating of technical documentation, regulations, and statutory inspections.
• Assistance and accompaniment of experts and insurance companies in claims management.
• Preparation and monitoring of the distribution of the center's consumption (water, electricity, and other supplies).
• Updating of plans and graphic documentation using AutoCAD.
• Support in the monitoring of technical incidents and coordination with suppliers and maintenance companies.
• Collaboration in the document management related to the maintenance and facilities of the center.
