The role

At Elecnor, we are looking for a Maintenance Site Manager for the comprehensive management of industrial maintenance clients/contracts in Madrid.

What you'll do

The person joining will be responsible for managing the contract(s) assigned to them, from both a technical and economic standpoint:

Management of preventive maintenance actions to be carried out under the contract, as well as those arising from corrective maintenance and fault resolution.
Assessment and preparation of budgets derived from corrective maintenance of facilities.
Direct contact with the client, ensuring proper execution of the work.
Monthly economic control of the work performed, including analysis of site costs.
Planning of in-house site personnel, coordinating and organizing maintenance routes for technicians.
Comparisons and selection of suppliers, subcontractors, etc.
Coordinated work with other departments, such as the Technical Office and the Commercial Department, for the negotiation and awarding of new contracts.
Responsible for compliance with site health and safety plans, as well as other occupational risk prevention instructions.
