The role
Do you have experience in technical-administrative management of maintenance, internal customer service, supplier coordination, and follow-up of incidents in facilities and premises?
Carry out the initial technical and administrative assessment of incidents related to construction work and maintenance across our nationwide store network, ensuring prompt attention, supplier coordination, and compliance with established service levels.
What you'll do
Receiving, logging, and managing technical incidents reported by stores
Initial analysis of incidents, prioritization, and coordination of necessary actions
Opening, monitoring, and closing case files using the internal management tool (ARI)
Coordination and follow-up of suppliers and maintenance companies
Budget control, work orders, delivery notes, and associated documentation
Monitoring response and resolution times, ensuring compliance with service level agreements
Support in planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance
Attention and support to store managers, keeping them informed of incident status
Preparing reports, updating databases, and tracking indicators
Proposing improvements aimed at optimizing processes, response times, and service quality
Experience
In maintenance administration, incident management, general services, or supplier coordination
Valuable: experience in retail, hospitality, large-format stores, or comprehensive building maintenance environments
Experience in tracking work orders and providing internal customer service
Technical knowledge
General knowledge of facility and building maintenance
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to interpret technical incidents and manage their proper routing
Document and administrative management of maintenance services
Skills
Internal customer orientation
Organization and ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously
Prioritization, deadline tracking, and results orientation
Communication and coordination skills with suppliers and users, including people with disabilities
Proactivity, teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic environments
Interest in technological innovation
Tools
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), Outlook, and Teams
Incident management platforms, ticketing systems, or CMMS (GMAO)
Digital tools for administrative monitoring and control
Valuable: experience identifying new suppliers and building a network of contacts in the sector
Valuable: proficiency with Artificial Intelligence tools and automation for data analysis, reporting, and incident tracking
