From onhunters we are looking for a Financial Controller to join a company in the real estate sector in Madrid.

We are looking for a profile with 3-5 years of experience, ideally from a Big4, with strong analytical skills and experience in financial control, auditing, and investment analysis.

What you'll do

Control and supervision of accounts and financial statements.
Preparation of financial and treasury reports.
Analysis of investments, profitability, and risks.
Internal control and economic monitoring of projects.
Liaison with financial institutions and support in financing processes.
Coordination and support in audits.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and real estate ERP (PRINEX or similar).
Occasional support on legal, administrative, and HR matters.
