You will have a key role in the operational management of the storage and transport of critical materials, ensuring their integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance, including materials that require temperature-controlled conditions and cryopreservation.

Your mission will be to coordinate and execute the logistics operations of critical materials and reference standards, guaranteeing their correct storage, transport, and traceability, as well as compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations. You will work with materials that require conservation conditions from 2-8 ºC to -196 ºC, coordinating national and international operations and collaborating with clients, carriers, and various internal teams.
What you'll do
📋 Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage reference standards, including the creation and maintenance of specific codes in SAP.
- Act as a point of contact with client SPOCs, collecting forecasts and ensuring shipments on the committed dates.
- Guarantee the correct storage and monitoring of materials in ranges of 2-8 ºC, -20 ºC, -80 ºC, and cryopreservation (-196 ºC).
- Execute reception, inventory control, stock rotation, and dispatch in SAP.
- Ensure complete traceability of material and supply movements.
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, both nationally and internationally.
- Manage the technical documentation necessary for shipments and receptions.
- Perform follow-up with carriers specialized in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
- Provide support in the management of dispatches, customs requirements, and foreign trade documentation.
- Apply logistical criteria in accordance with INCOTERMS and the legal framework of commercial agreements.
