As a Solution Architect - Trade Promotion Management (TPM), you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, global solutions that support how we plan, execute and optimize commercial promotions across markets.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with Commercial, Finance and IT teams to ensure our TPM ecosystem is fully integrated, efficient and aligned with business needs.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, global programs spanning multiple regions, while helping shape how trade investments are managed and optimized across Opella.

• Design end-to-end TPM solutions covering promotion planning, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, claims and settlements

• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical solution designs

• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Sales and Revenue Growth Management teams to improve trade promotion processes

• Ensure seamless integration between TPM platforms and ERP/Finance systems (e.g. SAP)

• Support global implementations and rollouts, adapting solutions to different markets and business requirements

• Monitor solution performance, data quality and compliance with architecture standards

• Manage and collaborate with external partners and system integrators to deliver high-quality solutions
