As an AIT Technician, you’ll be part of the team that physically builds our satellites. From assembly to launch integration, you’ll bring spacecraft to life and ensure they’re ready to perform in orbit.

You’ll work hands-on in cleanroom environments, and collaborate with engineers across disciplines. If you’re meticulous, curious, and motivated by seeing your work literally leave the planet, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

This role will be based onsite in Barcelona, Spain.

This division brings together mission management, supply chain, and quality & product assurance to make sure every mission is delivered smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standards. They turn plans into action, keeping us efficient and mission-ready at all times.

The AIT team is at the heart of turning ideas into real, orbit-ready satellites. They’re the workshop where Open Cosmos missions come to life — taking designs from paper to physical hardware.

• Skilled in mechanical and electrical assembly, with an eye for precision

• Confident soldering, crimping, and building harnesses to high standards

• Familiar with cleanroom practices and ESD safety

• A proactive and organised approach to work
