Depending on the Procurement and Logistics Manager, your work will be essential in participating in guaranteeing the supply of orders regarding logistics, from the removal of the product from Product Units to delivery, including transport, storage, and packaging when necessary, complying with sales conditions and optimizing the Supply Chain.
Responsibilities:
Ensure "logistics" attention to the market (GKA, subsidiaries, distributors, Market Units, Region Service department)
Review of pending delivery orders, ensuring the availability of all necessary logistics information for delivery fulfillment.
Generation of order deliveries and communication of necessary information and instructions.
Support to the transport team if necessary, in the review of transport documentation
Creation, review, and maintenance in SAP of the necessary logistics documentation and information: orders, deliveries, invoicing, and shipping documentation.
Participation in multidisciplinary teams related to key accounts.
Participation in team meetings
Keep logistics files and instructions updated
Prepare and analyze area indicators and propose actions for process and tool improvement.
Manage foreign trade documentation when appropriate.
Collaborate in the management of returns, non-conformities, and supply chain changes related to deliveries.
Training and support to other team members regarding processes, markets, and tools.
