• ESSENTIAL Studies: Qualification obtained less than 3 years ago from the date of contract signing in:

  • Full Certificate of Professionalism in Warehouse Auxiliary Activities (COML0110)

  • Full Certificate of Professionalism in Warehouse Organization and Management (COML0309)

At Ormazabal, we want to add a person to the logistics team, where the functions are:

• RECEIVING

  • Receive materials and check the received material against the delivery note.

  • Enter the received materials into the system, placing them in their corresponding location, both physically and in the computer system (BAAN).

  • Claim, in case of divergence, between what was requested and what was delivered by the supplier.

  • Fill out the corresponding form and prepare the material for return, whether due to defects or for repair.

• INVENTORY

  • Perform daily random inventories of suppliers that make daily deliveries.

  • Claim the ordered material for the references requested in the computer system from the direct supervisor or supplies department, in order to avoid incidents in production.

• PICKING

  • Perform the picking of the materials necessary for production based on the manufacturing orders.

• DISTRIBUTION

  • Supply the assembly lines with the materials necessary for the manufacturing of the planned projects.

  • In case of failure of the automated delivery system (AGV), carry the CUs to the production lines.

• GENERAL

  • Participate in daily team meetings in order to seek actions that solve or prevent incidents (occurred or potential).

  • You will be responsible for compliance with safety and protection regulations and measures for people, facilities, and work tools.

• Rotating schedule: Morning, afternoon, night by weeks, Monday to Friday.
