Schedule: Monday to Friday: from 8:00 to 13:00 / 14:00 and in the afternoons from: 15:00 to 17:00

The role

We are looking for Logistics Operators with a valid forklift license for a multinational chemical products company located in Les Franqueses.

Organize the loading and unloading of customers and suppliers visiting the factory.

What you'll do

1. Responsible for the logistics documentation area for both warehouse entries and exits.

- Reception of warehouse entries, verification of quantities, labeling, placement, and correct computerised reception according to the defined procedure.

- Stock review, counting, and random stock checks.

- Customer service when they collect material (order) at the factory.

- Order preparation (picking) and placement of finished products and raw materials both inside and outside the warehouse.

- Hiring the defined transport agencies following the services defined by the company.

2. Document management of delivery notes.

3. Assisting the carrier while ensuring the safety of the loading and unloading of trucks (except tankers).

- Generating documentation for drivers in accordance with regulations, ensuring the concordance of batches and products, so that the documentation and material reach the customer correctly.

4. Providing the tinting department with raw material (bases) to supply production, and moving finished product from IPT to the warehouse.

5. Informing the Customer Service department regarding delivery date requests, incidents in material delivery, and the resolution of incidents to maintain good customer service.

6. Completing manufacturing residues with previous batches using the vacuum manipulator.

7. Strapping pallets using the automatic shrink wrapper and leaving them in the warehouse loading area (Dock).

Requirements

Forklift license in force is essential

·Be available for immediate start

·Have experience in industrial companies. It is a plus if you have experience in the chemical sector

·Own vehicle to access the workplace
