Reports to: Workshop Foreman / Production Supervisor

Perform manufacturing, assembly, transformation, and handling operations of components in accordance with the quality, safety, productivity, and efficiency standards established by the company, contributing to the fulfillment of the factory's production plans.

• Execute manufacturing and assembly operations following work instructions and established procedures.

• Operate machinery, hand tools, and production equipment assigned to the position.

• Perform basic quality controls during the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Identify and communicate quality, safety, or productivity incidents.

• Complete required production records.

• Participate in continuous improvement activities aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing waste.

• Comply with Health and Safety regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation in accordance with industrial organization standards.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the fulfillment of daily production objectives.

• Participate in training actions required for multi-skilling and the development of technical competencies.

Education

• Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.

• Intermediate Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing, Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, or similar is valued.

Experience

• Previous experience in industrial environments or production lines is valued.

• Experience in assembly, machining, folding, assembly, or internal logistics processes will be valued.

Realizar las operaciones de fabricación, montaje, transformación y manipulación de componentes conforme a los estándares de calidad, seguridad, productividad y eficiencia establecidos por la compañía, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los planes de producción de la fábrica.

• Ejecutar operaciones de fabricación y montaje siguiendo las instrucciones de trabajo y los procedimientos establecidos.

• Manejar maquinaria, herramientas manuales y equipos de producción asignados a su puesto.

• Realizar controles básicos de calidad durante el proceso productivo para garantizar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.

• Identificar y comunicar incidencias de calidad, seguridad o productividad.

• Cumplimentar los registros de producción requeridos.

• Participar en actividades de mejora continua orientadas a incrementar la eficiencia y reducir desperdicios.

• Cumplir las normas de Seguridad y Salud, utilizando adecuadamente los equipos de protección individual (EPIs).

• Mantener el puesto de trabajo limpio y ordenado de acuerdo con los estándares de organización industrial.

• Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios de producción.

• Participar en las acciones formativas requeridas para la polivalencia y desarrollo de competencias técnicas.

Formación

• Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO) o equivalente.

• Valorable Formación Profesional de Grado Medio en Fabricación Mecánica, Mantenimiento, Electricidad, Electromecánica o similar.

Experiencia

• Valorable experiencia previa en entornos industriales o líneas de producción.

• Se valorará experiencia en procesos de montaje, mecanizado, plegado, ensamblaje o logística interna.
