In Spain, Thales Sistemas specializes in Command and Control Systems, Tactical Communications, and Modeling and Simulation, addressing solutions in the Defense and Security domain. Thales is the Spanish leader in tactical CIS (Communications and Information Systems), covering the entire product lifecycle (design, development, production, and integrated logistics support - ILS). Based in Leganés, Thales Sistemas employs a highly specialized workforce of over 100 people, most of whom are engineers involved in the following activities:

• Communications and Information Systems (CIS) to support command and decision-making functions.

• Embedded electronics for military aircraft.

• Tactical communications.

• Navigation radio aids for air traffic.

Position and Responsibilities: As part of the Bids, Projects, and Customer Services team, you will participate as a Project Management Officer (PMO). As a PMO Intern:

• You will provide support for continuous improvement and digital transformation within the Bids and Projects department.

• You will analyze various activities to propose and develop improvements that increase efficiency and optimize project management processes.

• Technical/Functional Skills

  • Technical degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Data Mining, Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or similar.

  • Interest in new technologies, with a creative, analytical, and innovative mindset to propose new solutions from an external perspective.

  • Knowledge of technical process management.

  • Project management skills.

  • Advanced level of English (minimum B2 required).

• Other Merits (Advantage)

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Intermediate level of French desirable.
