What you'll do

Reporting to the Corporate Purchasing Director, the role will have the following responsibilities, among others:

  • Oversee and/or manage the procurement processes for the goods and services of the categories mentioned above, always with the aim of achieving cost, quality and lead time objectives.
  • Define the goods and services to be managed at Group level, in order to leverage the synergies and economies of scale arising from such management.
  • Propose framework collaboration agreements with global suppliers.
  • Ensure that the goods and services in the categories under their responsibility that are not subject to global management (local purchases) are acquired in accordance with Group Policies, as well as with best practices.
  • Manage those local purchases that, given their importance, are declared as centrally executed.
  • Propose the Purchasing strategy for the categories under their responsibility.

What we're looking for

Required:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience, ideally in the field of Industrial Purchasing.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Strong ability to perform the role with a high degree of autonomy. This role is analytical, results-oriented, with a solid understanding of the Purchasing area.

Nice to have

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate degree or Master's in the Purchasing and Marketing area.
  • French and/or Italian.

Logista is looking for a Corporate Buyer for its head offices, whose mission will be to coordinate and oversee the implementation of Logista's Purchasing Policy for the goods and services of the categories under their responsibility in the area of Industrial Equipment and Services:
