For our production center FRIMAR ENGUERA - VALENCIA 

Guarantee compliance with quality and food safety standards in the plant's production processes, contributing to ensuring our products reach the customer with the highest quality and safety.

What you'll do

✅ Ensure the correct identification, blocking, and registration of non-conforming products.

✅ Supervise and audit production processes to guarantee compliance with Quality procedures and Critical Control Points (CCP).

✅ Train and support production teams regarding quality, good practices, and food safety.

✅ Investigate incidents, manage Non-Conformities (NCI), and collaborate in the resolution of customer claims and complaints.

✅ Verify the correct labeling of products and date coding during the packaging process.

✅ Perform periodic audits and inspections of processes, facilities, and Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices (GMPH).

✅ Manage and keep updated quality documentation and records, including startup checklists and shift changes.

✅ Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production and quality control processes.

We are looking for

  • Minimum training: University Degree in Food Technology or Higher Vocational Training in related areas.
  • Previous experience in quality control in the food sector, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of quality and food safety regulations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments to improve processes.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights with a current rotation of six working days and four days off.
  • A vehicle is required to reach the workplace in Albuixech (Valencia)
