Transport Technician (Rotating Morning-Afternoon shifts)

We have a workforce of 2,700 employees and 10 manufacturing plants, which allows us to be present in all commercial channels. We work with most large-scale distribution operators, both nationally and internationally.

We have a staff of 2200 workers and 9 manufacturing plants, which allows us to be present in all distribution channels. We work with most of the large distribution operators, both nationally and internationally.

The fundamental task of the transport administrators is to control the loading/unloading taking place in the warehouses and to control the deliveries made to customers. To communicate internally to the sales team managing the account any incident that occurs. 

- Update loaded slots by shift and send email. 

- Update the delivery status for key accounts and send email informing of the deliveries. 

- Contact the different logistics shift supervisors at each plant to check the status of pending loads and what is currently in progress. Provide instructions, if necessary. 

- Extract pending loads and send them to the transport group. 

- Claim pending loads from the various suppliers. 

- Check the status of dedicated trucks and give them new instructions if necessary. Inform the transport team of the situation. 

Daily, all transports carried out in external warehouses and factories that do not load with transport must be created in the SAP ERP. In general: 

• Continuous checking and management of emails 

• Calls to warehouses to validate status 

• Communication of any incident to orders/customers 

• Warehouse control to guarantee compliance with the loading plan (what they are loading and what is yet to arrive) Loads that compromise service

Availability to work rotating shifts of mornings (7:00 to 16:00 hrs) and afternoons (12:00 to 21:00 hrs), in both cases with a 1-hour break (meals)

La labor fundamental de los/as administrativos/as de transporte es controlar las cargas/descargas que se hacen en los almacenes, controlar las entregas que se realizan en los clientes. Comunicar internamente, al equipo comercial que gestiona la cuenta cualquier incidencia que se produzca. 

- Actualizar huecos cargados por turno y mandar correo. 

- Actualizar situación entregas clientes grandes cuentas y mandar correo informando de las entregas. 

- Contactar con los diferentes jefes de turno de logística de cada planta para ver la situación de las cargas pendientes y lo que tiene en curso. Dar indicaciones, si procede. 

- Sacar cargas pendientes y enviar al grupo de transporte. 

- Reclamar las cargas pendientes a los distintos proveedores. 

- Ver la situación de los camiones dedicados y darles nuevas indicaciones si procede. Informar al equipo de transporte de la situación. 

Diariamente se deben de crear en ERP SAP todos los transportes que se realizan en los almacenes externos y de fábricas que no cargan con transporte. En general: 

• Comprobación y gestión continua correos 

• Llamadas a los almacenes para validar situación 

• Comunicación a pedidos/clientes de cualquier incidencia 

• Control almacenes para garantizar cumplimiento plan cargas (qué están cargando y qué falta por llegar) Cargas que comprometan el servicio

Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnos rotativos de mañana (7:00 a 16:00 hrs) y de tardes (12:00 a 21:00 hrs) en ambos casos con descanso de 1 hora (comidas)
