Planning Technician

Panamar Bakery Group is one of the leaders in the manufacture and distribution of frozen dough, with an extensive range of bread and pastries and management focused on meeting customer needs, based on quality, service, attention, and advisory support. We have a workforce of 2,300 employees and 10 production plants, which allows us to be present across all sales channels. We aim to ensure proper demand, supply, and inventory planning using the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool, guaranteeing product availability, resource optimization, and compliance with quality and traceability standards. To this end, we are looking for a Planning Technician to carry out the following duties:

• Plan supply between group warehouses to ensure stock coverage and prevent stockouts.
• Monitor and track promotions, following up on operations to properly meet demands, incidents, and claims, ensuring the service level provided.
• Orders for commercialized product (third-party).
• Execute and publish stock reports.
• Prepare and publish sales reports for the group.
• Implement multi-level inventory strategies to minimize shrinkage and expiration.
• Generate reports and dashboards for KPI tracking (fill rate, coverage, obsolescence).
• Configure alerts and scenarios in SAP IBP to anticipate logistics risks.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and commercial departments to align planning with actual demand.
• Configure and maintain the planning model in SAP IBP (key figures, operators, planning areas).
• Integrate and validate master and transactional data between SAP IBP and the corporate ERP.
