What we're looking for
- Windows Server and Linux.
- VMware ESXi / vSphere.
- Vulnerability management and infrastructure security.
- Patching and configuration using tools such as SCCM or ManageEngine.
- CVE analysis and definition of remediation strategies.
- Networking: Firewalls, DNS, Active Directory, Citrix, etc.
- Scripting and automation: PowerShell, Bash.
- Compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, or DORA.
An analytical, proactive, and results-oriented person, capable of prioritizing based on risk and impact, managing multiple remediation projects simultaneously, and communicating effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of .NET, IIS, Tomcat, and storage systems.
- Experience with Avaya / Genesys.
- Knowledge of security tools and threat intelligence.
- Experience in automated compliance initiatives.

We are looking for IT Operations Engineers with solid experience in analyzing, prioritizing, and remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities, capable of working cross-functionally with technical and security teams.
What you'll do
- Analyze and triage vulnerabilities and CVEs.
- Evaluate risks based on severity, exploitability, and impact.
- Prioritize and coordinate remediation actions: patching, upgrades, and hardening.
- Develop technical remediation plans and instructions.
- Automate processes using PowerShell, Bash, and orchestration tools.
- Provide support for testing and validations.
- Monitor security compliance and support audits.
- Work with global teams across AMER / EMEA.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and process automation.
