We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation to participate in transformation initiatives, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating in the design and implementation of solutions that provide value and are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

You will be the link between the business and technology teams, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the adoption of new technologies.

What you'll do

Collect, analyze, and document business requirements together with the different stakeholders.
Analyze processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the design of process improvements, system evolutions, and new solutions.
Act as a liaison between business areas, IT teams, and external providers.
Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes and technological solutions.
Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
Collaborate in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact and results of initiatives.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for stakeholders and management teams.
Contribute to digital transformation initiatives related to data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maximize the value of implemented solutions
