Pentest Coordinator

• Proven experience coordinating or executing pentesting projects.
• Solid knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Experience in network, application, infrastructure, and cloud environment security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and risk analysis.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting.
• Knowledge of security standards and best practices.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
• OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert).
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional).

• High level of English (international environment).

We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and monitoring of penetration testing activities on infrastructures, applications, networks, and cloud environments. You will work as a liaison between internal teams and specialized providers, ensuring the correct execution of services and the monitoring of remediation actions.

• Plan and coordinate pentesting projects across different environments (networks, applications, infrastructure, and cloud).
• Coordinate the execution of tests with internal teams and external providers.
• Review, consolidate, and present security reports.
• Follow up on vulnerabilities and remediation plans.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for pentesting activities.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and security and compliance requirements.
• Propose continuous improvements to strengthen the overall cybersecurity posture.
