Distributed Services Engineer

• 5-8 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience working with distributed services, especially Active Directory.
• Solid experience in the administration, migration, and convergence of Active Directory.
• Experience working with complex AD environments with multiple Forests and Trusts.
• Experience with internal and external DNS and domain management.
• Knowledge and experience with DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, and Certificate Authorities.
• Experience using scripting and automation to standardize and control infrastructure.
• Ability to design, build, and operate services in production environments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Security and the application of security controls.
• Experience working with Change and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with international technical teams.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to propose and implement new processes and working methods.

• Solid experience guaranteeing the Reliability and Availability of infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools and solutions.

We are looking for a Distributed Services Engineer to participate in a strategic project within an international environment, being responsible for the design, construction, administration, and operation of distributed infrastructure services.

The main focus of the project will be to guarantee the reliability, availability, security, and evolution of services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certification, and identity, working with global teams and providing support to a 24x7 production environment.

• Design, build, administer, and operate distributed infrastructure services.
• Administer, migrate, and evolve Active Directory environments.
• Manage complex AD environments with multiple Forests and Trusts.
• Administer internal and external DNS services, as well as domain registration.
• Manage DHCP, NPS, RADIUS, and Certificate Authority services.
• Develop and apply scripting and automation techniques to standardize and control environments.
• Guarantee the reliability, availability, and production-readiness of services.
• Monitor services and infrastructure, implementing monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with Security requirements and controls.
• Participate in Change Management and Problem Management processes.
• Contribute to Operational and Business Continuity processes.
• Act as a technical reference and escalation point for Business Units and internal teams.
• Simplify and automate processes through scripting, automation, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with global teams and international squads following a follow-the-sun model.
• Participate in the 24x7x365 support of critical services.
• Contribute to the evolution towards Cloud AD and Identity Management solutions.
