• More than 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Experience in the design, construction, administration, and operation of infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with Virtualization, Storage, and Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with enterprise/data-center infrastructure and hardware.
• Knowledge and experience with manufacturers such as Dell, HPE, and Fujitsu.
• Experience in production environments and critical services.
• Experience using scripting and automation to standardize and control infrastructures.
• Experience providing support to Global Contact Centre, Business Applications, and Agile Office Solutions.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Security.
• Ability to work following Change and Problem Management processes.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with international technical teams.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to propose and implement new processes and working methods.

• Solid experience guaranteeing Infrastructure Reliability and Availability.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Knowledge of IT Production, especially Agile, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Security.
• Experience in patching, hardening, and security remediation.
• Experience participating in security audits and pentesting.
• Experience with monitoring tools and infrastructure operations.
• Experience working with NOC, Monitoring, and L2/L3 support teams.
• Experience working with VMware, Windows, Linux, and Storage environments.
• Experience in global operations and with geographically distributed teams.
• Experience providing support and escalation to AMER and EMEA teams.
• Experience in high criticality and 24x7 availability environments.
• Experience in Business Continuity and Operational Continuity processes.
• Experience using AI tools for automation and optimization of operations.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, and resolve problems at a local, regional, and international level.
• Experience working with different stakeholders and international technical teams.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to participate in a strategic project within an international environment, being responsible for ensuring the correct operation, availability, security, and evolution of infrastructure services.

The main focus of the project will be on the management of server infrastructure, virtualization, operating systems, storage, and security, working with global teams and providing support to a demanding production environment available 24x7.

• Design, build, administer, and operate infrastructure solutions.
• Manage virtualization, storage, and Windows and Linux operating system infrastructures.
• Administer server infrastructure and data center environments.
• Work with enterprise hardware from manufacturers such as Dell, HPE, and Fujitsu.
• Guarantee the availability, reliability, and production readiness of infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of run and operations activities.
• Ensure compliance with the SLAs established for regional and transversal services.
• Implement and supervise Infrastructure Security actions, including audits, remediations, hardening, and patching.
• Participate in security tooling and pentesting processes.
• Provide support, consultation, and technical escalation to Business Units and internal teams.
• Apply scripting and automation techniques to standardize and control environments.
• Participate in simplification and automation initiatives through AI tools.
• Guarantee compliance with Change Management and Problem Management policies.
• Contribute to Operational and Business Continuity processes.
• Collaborate with global teams and international squads.
• Participate in the 24x7x365 support of infrastructure services.
• Provide support to Global Contact Centre, Business Applications, Network, and Distributed Services.
