To ensure that PayFit customers receive solid, up-to-date, and personalized labor advice, ensuring the correct application of labor regulations and validating that the payroll calculations performed by the tool are correct.
Main responsibilities:

Offer expert labor advice to companies, correctly applying the Workers' Statute, collective agreements, and other current regulations.
Stay up to date with legal updates and their impact on labor and payroll management.
Review and validate complex payroll calculations (contributions, withholdings, benefits in kind, settlements, indemnities, etc.) to resolve doubts and guarantee the accuracy of the information.
Ensure the correct interpretation and application of regulations in all labor processes integrated into the PayFit platform.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure product quality and reliability and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the identification and correction of possible deviations or incidents derived from the application of regulations in the software.]
