As part of our Commercial Administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality service to both external and internal customers, effectively managing relationships to strengthen our bonds with them.   • Customer Service: You will be the main contact for our external customers and sales representatives.
  • Incident Resolution: You will be in charge of managing and resolving possible incidents and/or inquiries regarding delivery notes, prices, discounts, and returns, ensuring that our customers receive adequate service.
  • Order Management: You will be responsible for receiving and managing orders through different channels (EDI, Sinli, Excel, telephone, e-mail), ensuring that the process is efficient. You will record orders related to incidents in SAP, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
