The role

Job description

Reporting to the person responsible for digital sales, you will be responsible for the management and development of some of the main digital ebook and audio channels (retail and library), maximizing visibility, commercial performance, and the sustainable growth of the digital business.

What you'll do

  • Manage and develop digital ebook and audio accounts (Amazon, Apple, Google, Casa del Libro, library platforms, among others).
  • Analyze and continuously monitor sales figures, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Coordinate monthly campaigns, promotions, and visibility actions for both new releases and backlist.
  • Present monthly new releases to the channels and negotiate their positioning.
  • Conduct annual Business Reviews with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact between the channels and internal teams (marketing and communication, audiobooks, metadata and operations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with marketing the implementation and monitoring of digital campaigns.
  • Analyze the impact of commercial and promotional actions in each channel.
  • Participate in periodic monitoring and planning meetings.
