Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar.
At least 1 year of experience in finance departments.
Team player.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Good analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Good communication skills.
Very good proficiency in Excel. Good user level in other management IT tools (PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of BI and JDE is a plus.
Good level of spoken and written English.

The role

What you'll do

Participation in the budget construction and estimation process.
Support in the monthly data upload into the system for reporting closures.
Collaboration in checking and support in solving discrepancies between systems, assisting Accounting.
Participation in the preparation of P&L's and closing reports.
Help and support in the management of fixed expense closures: reports in JDE, follow-up reports to the various managers.
Support in the forecast data upload.
Participation in reporting system integration projects.
Internal support and assistance to users of the reporting information systems.
