What you'll get

Full-time Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 17:00 (possibility to negotiate).
Annual salary: 23,000 euros gross.
Contract: Initially through a temp agency, with the possibility of joining the company directly.

The role

At Personal 7, we are actively seeking an Industrial Painter for a prominent company in the food sector located in Montcada i Reixac.

What you'll do

Carrying out surface preparation and conditioning work, including sanding, polishing, and the removal of imperfections for subsequent treatment.
Application of different types of paint onto metallic structures and elements, using industrial, acrylic, and plastic paints as well as other specific coatings, as well as the handling of solvents and auxiliary products in accordance with safety regulations.
Execution of basic general maintenance tasks in the facilities, such as the placement of decorative elements and signage, performing drilling, small repairs, and other space conditioning tasks.
Maintenance and conservation of the paint condition of the interior facilities of the factory, ensuring a correct image, order, and suitability of the areas subject to audits and quality controls.
Support in general maintenance and continuous improvement tasks of the facilities, ensuring compliance with established safety, cleaning, and organization standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in painting work, facility maintenance or similar duties.
Training and/or a current certification for carrying out work at height.
Own vehicle to get to the workplace.
An organized, responsible person with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Availability to work night shifts and occasionally work weekends according to production needs.
