Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract through an employment agency.
Salary according to the Interprofessional Minimum Wage + language bonus.
Hybrid work model: 20% on-site and 80% remote once training is completed and autonomy in the role is achieved.

The role

What you'll do

Handling and managing customer calls.
Managing insurance policies.
Managing pension plans and savings insurance.
Managing benefits and claims.
Managing pension plan transfers.
Resolving and following up on complaints.
Handling payments and other administrative tasks related to the service.
Recording and updating information in management tools.

How you'll work

Morning shift: from 08:00 to 16:00.
Afternoon shift: from 12:00 to 20:00, with 1 hour.
Work on holidays is included as required by service needs.

We are currently looking to hire a Telephone Agent – Life Insurance and Pensions for one of our clients in Valencia.

Requirements

Experience or knowledge in managing insurance.
Experience in phone-based customer service or previous experience in a BPO.
Experience working with Office tools.
Ability to learn and adapt.
Customer orientation.
Proactivity and responsibility.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Organized, methodical, and results-oriented person.
Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts.
