Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar masonry and painting roles.
Solid knowledge of masonry and painting techniques.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Skill in handling tools and machinery used in the sector.
Organized, methodical person with problem-solving skills.
Immediate availability.
Valid work permit.

Nice to have

Vocational training related to construction or building.
Elevating work platform license.
Basic knowledge of other related trades (plumbing, electrical).

The role

Grupoconstant is looking to add a MASONRY AND PAINTING WORKER with at least 1 year of proven experience to their team. We are looking for a proactive, responsible person with great attention to detail. Immediate availability for a temporary contract is an essential requirement for this position.

What you'll do

Carrying out general masonry work: laying bricks, cement, mortar, plastering, rendering, etc.
Repair and maintenance of construction structures.
Carrying out interior and exterior painting work: surface preparation, application of primers, enamels, plastic paints, etc.
Assembling and dismantling scaffolding and work platforms.
Handling manual and power tools specific to masonry and painting.
Ensuring the quality and finish of the work carried out, in compliance with company standards.
Keeping the work area tidy and clean.
Collaborating with the rest of the team to achieve project goals.
Following health and safety regulations at all times.
