Requirements

What we're looking for

- Driver's license B

-Training related to the position

-Food handler certificate

-Knowledge in: assembly of supply networks, water distribution systems, quality, prevention and environment, water pollution and environmental waste management or diagnosis, control and detection of leaks.

• Use and handling of machines and tools related to the service.

• Use and handling of "PDA" portable terminal.

Nice to have

• Internal training on occupational risk prevention regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPEs).

• Internal training in the Integrated Management System.

• Internal training in good environmental practices.

• Knowledge of the various repair parts, as well as, technical characteristics of pipes for water transport.

The role

Personal 7 ETT, a Temporary Employment Agency with extensive experience in the sector, selects for an important company in the sector, WATER METER OPERATOR to work in different areas of GRAN CANARIA.

A minimum of experience in plumbing tasks, meter reading, or water treatment is required.

What you'll do

The functions to be performed will be those typical of the position, such as:

-Performing predictive maintenance work on the facilities following instructions, as well as inspecting the water installation of homes or facilities.

-Checking machines, tools, utensils and safety material, performing counting and inventory, to control stock and replenish.

-Assembling, checking and repairing consumption measuring devices, in accordance with current regulations, to ensure their correct functioning.
