At Personal 7 we are looking to hire a Cold Room Manager for our logistics center in Güímar.

We are looking for a person with an operational and leadership profile, capable of coordinating the daily operation of the cold room, managing teams and, at the same time, actively participating in warehouse tasks and order preparation.

What you'll do

Organization and supervision of daily work in the cold room.
Coordination and management of the work team.
Order preparation and control.
Managing incoming and outgoing goods.
Stock control and inventories.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Resolving operational issues and optimizing processes.
